WHICH CURRENCIES ARE ACCEPTED IN THE SHOP

All prices on our online shop are listed in Hong Kong Dollars and transactions are operated Hong Kong Dollars.

HOW CAN I PAY

CREDIT CARD

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. All credit card transactions are processed securely via PayPal. It is not necessary to have a PayPal account in order to make a payment. PayPal uses the best commercial encryption technology. We receive payment from PayPal without ever seeing sensitive financial details like your credit card or bank account numbers.

No credit fees will be charged.

Note: Once you proceed to payment you will be redirected to PayPal, which is a secure independent payment platform, to accept the payment for your purchase. Your credit card information is handled by PayPal and does not go through our server.

We accept payment via your PayPal account.

IS MY ORDER PLACED

You will receive an Order Confirmation Email shortly after placing an order successfully. If you do not receive this email, please contact us at shop@latitude22n.com

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER AFTER SUBMISSION

If you would like to make any change to an order you have placed, please contact us as soon as possible at shop@latitude22n.com, with your Order Confirmation Email.
Once your order status has changed to “SHIPPED”, no changes can be made.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED

Your order will be shipped within 4 working days*, subject to stock availability and wether you purchased a “Made to Order” item.

As soon as your order is sent from our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

If you haven’t received your order after 2 weeks and it is not possible for you to track it  please contact our customer service at shop@latitude22n.com

WILL I BE CHARGED CUSTOMS OR IMPORT DUTIES IN MY HOME COUNTRY

If your delivery country charges customs or import duties these will be charged once the package reaches the destination country. You will have to pay these charges. Unfortunately we have no control over the charges and cannot inform you what they will be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country so if you have any questions, please contact your local customs office for further information.

HOW AND WHEN IS MY ORDER DELIVERED?

All local packages are sent with SF-express and international packages are sent with Speedpost.
Your order will be shipped within 4 working days*, subject to stock availability and wether you purchased a “Made to Order” item.

The normal delivery time from when the package has left our warehouse is:

1-2 working day to Hong Kong

2-10 working days to remaining destinations

* We do not operate on weekends and public holidays

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER

As soon as your order is sent from our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER AT YOUR STUDIO

Sure. Please let us know when and where you would like to pick up your items at least two days in advance. We will send you a notification email once your order is confirmed.

CAN I RETURN MY ITEM AND GET A REFUND

We are happy to accept returns within 7 days of receipt and refund in the form of store credit, provided that:

– The items are unused with original packaging
– The items do not fall in the excluded items category, as defined below:

– Discounted items
– Books, art prints

Items shipped without our consent may be refused upon delivery.
Please note that you must arrange and pay for the freight to return the goods.
The items are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please ensure you pack the return safely to prevent any damage to the products or boxes.

Note: It can take up to 14 days for us to receive your return depending on which postal service you use. Once we have received the returned items, we will inspect them and process the refund in form of store credit.

WHAT IF I GET A DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEM

If you received a defective or incorrect item we will be happy to replace your product at no cost or offer a full refund excluding any bank handling charges. Please contact us at shop@latitude22n.com within 7 days of receipt and please include as many details as possible as well as a picture of the item. A picture often says more than a thousand words.

You must arrange and pay for the freight to return the goods.

All products must be returned in their original packaging with all enclosed documentation and the packaging cannot be broken or in any other way damaged neither can the product. Otherwise it will not be possible to obtain a refund.

The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please ensure you pack the return safely to prevent any damage to the products or boxes.

Items shipped without our consent may be refused upon delivery.

When we receive the product, we will refund the value of the purchased product and return costs. 
Remember to provide us with a receipt for your freight charges if we have to reimburse them.

CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEM

You are welcome to exchange your item for any in-stock item of equal or lesser value within 7 days of receipt, provided that:

If the item you wish to exchange is out of stock, store credit will be given instead. Each order can only be exchanged once.
